 Delivery Timeline

We aim to print and deliver your wallpaper within 1–3 weeks in India upon receipt of payment and design confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

 Return Policy

• Defective Products: If you receive a wallpaper with a defect, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery. Provide photographs of the issue to help us assess the problem. If necessary, we will arrange for a courier to collect the defective wallpaper and send a replacement on next-day delivery.
• Customized Products: Our wallpapers are made-to-measure and unique to each order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized products due to a change of mind or after installation.

 Installation Guidelines

• Professional Installation: Our wallpapers require professional installation. While we do not provide installation services, our customer support team can connect you with local installers in select cities who offer this service on a paid basis (typically ₹15–₹25 per sq. ft.).
• Installation Issues: We are not responsible for issues arising from wall conditions, installation errors, or damages caused during or after installation. Please inspect the wallpaper thoroughly before installation.

 Measurements

Accurate measurements are crucial for a perfect fit. Please provide the width and height of your wall at the longest and widest points. If you need assistance, our team is here to help.
