Order Process

To place an order, please provide the name or details of the wallpaper you wish to purchase, along with the desired dimensions and any specific requirements.

Upon receiving your order, we will send you a proof image and a quote detailing the total cost via email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond to all orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit or Debit Cards
• Digital Wallets
• Net Banking
• UPI

Please note that all payments must be completed before we commence processing your order.

 Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 2 hours of payment, provided that we have not yet started processing your order.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on customized products, such as custom-sized murals or bespoke designs.

If any product or service provided by Vibe N Walls has apparent defects, we will replace it at no additional cost.

 Production and Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders promptly. While our quoted delivery times are approximate, delivery can take up to 30 days from the date of payment receipt.

We utilize third-party courier services for shipping and are not responsible for delays or errors caused by these services. We ensure that all orders are securely packaged. If your package is damaged during transit, please note this upon delivery and sign for it as damaged.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• No refund will be processed until 28 days after shipment if the package has not been received.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied at the destination country.

 Quality of Goods

Please inspect the product before installation. Any defects should be reported to Vibe N Walls prior to installation. Claims cannot be made after the product has been used or installed.

We do not provide installation services. However, upon request, our customer support team can connect you with local installers in select cities. Installation charges are typically ₹15–₹25 per sq. ft., depending on the location and complexity.

Please note:

• Installation services are provided by third parties and are not affiliated with Vibe N Walls.
• We are not responsible for any issues related to wall preparation or installation.
• Hanging costs will not be refunded; therefore, please ensure the product is in good condition before installation.
• We are not responsible for damages due to wall seepage, use of chemicals on the wallpaper, or any external damage.

 Color Variations

Minor variations in color may occur between prints. We can only offer replacements when it is agreed that the variations are evidently noticeable.

Please note that variations in color may occur between on-screen proofs and the physical product due to differences in monitor settings. Where color matching is crucial, we recommend requesting a printed sample prior to purchase to ensure the colors meet your expectations. Claims for color variations cannot be made unless a printed sample has been requested and approved.
